Blue Little Old Lady

This is a mini clip-on style with inverted scalloped edge.   The textured blue fabric is blue, with an ivory shantung lining.  This shade is trimmed using an antique crocheted cotton piquet.  To transition this shade from a Victorian to Country, the satin ribbon is added.
